BURLINGTON – Star Awards are the backbone of Dell EMC’s corporate employee recognition program. These awards are presented to employees who go above and beyond in the areas of customer satisfaction, dedication, passion, and initiative. David Heppenstall is privileged to receive his latest Star Award—the ninth of his career.
David is a member of the software sustaining engineering team. Its primary responsibility is to offer critical escalation support for enterprise clients. David’s latest award is to recognize his leadership in the NetWorker Total Customer Experience program. Some of his previous awards recognize excellence in escalation support, executive customer engagement, initiative regarding workplace health and safety, and dedication to improving engineering automation tools and services.
